I am pleased to share my formal response to the Royal Automobile Association’s (RAA) 2026 State Election Platform. The RAA has outlined a comprehensive and forward‑looking set of priorities focused on transport safety, energy affordability, sustainability, regional mobility, and a more livable South Australia. Their platform reflects the practical needs of more than 830,000 members and provides a clear roadmap for strengthening our State’s transport and mobility systems.
Many of the RAA’s recommendations closely align with my Better Community, Safer Society, Stronger Economy framework, particularly in the areas of road safety, disaster resilience, public transport access, congestion management, and support for regional communities. I welcome the opportunity to continue engaging with the RAA to explore practical reforms that improve mobility, strengthen resilience, and enhance quality of life for all South Australians.
